Job Description

Our client is an award-winning venture studio team of designers, engineers, and product innovators. In addition to building their own products, they work with global brands and entrepreneurs to create net-new digital products in areas across sports, automotive, healthcare, fitness, and more!

As a Product Support Manager, you'd be building bridges across product development and business operations, helping to establish processes as the team grows!

Responsibilities:

• Work with cross-functional teams, especially product managers, to standardize processes and methodologies, build bridges between product development and business operations, and automate processes
• Create and update materials and documentation, including training and implementation documents
• Communicate with clients and customers to provide insights to the product team as well as other internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 2+ years in operations, support, product, customer success, or related fields
• Proven experience automating and establishing processes and operations
• Experience contributing to the design, development, or management of software applications
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to drive consensus and build strong client relationships
• A flexible, driven, highly-organized and self-starter personality
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative, and constantly changing workplace
• Solid understanding of Design Thinking and Lean Startup methodologies
